Our practice began in 2004 out of a dedication to our local community. Providing primary care and weight loss services, Baltimore Healthcare PC is proud to be a center for genuine healing and wellness in Baltimore, MD. Our primary care provider, Dr. Quainoo, brings decades of experience to his individualized treatment plans. Leading a compassionate and professional team, our practice makes an effort to make everyone feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for.  Degrees attained: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery
